Dean & DeLuca has constantly
evolved since opening its first
store in 1977 on Prince Street in
Soho, New York. Developing a
vision for international expansion the current
owner, Sorapoj Techakraisri, CEO of PACE
Development partnered with one of the world's
most innovative architects, Ole Scheeren, to
create a prototype for a unique food retail
concept – titled – "Stage" which was unveiled at
Design Miami 2016.
