I
ndulgence is for beginners. We seek much more
than that. Extravagance in beauty, gratification
in masterful tailoring and craftsmanship with
innumerable options just for the fun of it.
One day dress like Cleopatra, the next like a
19th century milkmaid. en we change it up again,
like cameleons. Why? Because we can. Because our
garments don't define who we are. What's inside of us
does that. We pick and choose from the global banquet
of incredibly talented fashion designers. We love that
coat! Was it crafted by a designer from Petrozavodsk or
Poughkeepsie? Who cares! For fashion has no borders.
Imagination is what we're after. e appreciation
of ingenuity and skill, creativity and vision drive our
fashion choices, not what town in what country a
designer was born.
So, we set forth on our trip of fashion exploration to
discover the best offerings for Fall 2016-17. Do we
need to decide on one look over another, one designer
versus another? Of course not. We embrace diversity.
