rivate Air spent a gorgeous
day in the Hudson Valley to
cheer on the players and soak
in some summer luxury at
the 2016 Victory Cup Farm
Bash. With the afternoon's polo matches
as the star of the show, the day also
featured an antique and rare car show,
silent auctions, live music, and fabulous
dining – all the trappings to have it be
dubbed 'e Best Party of the Summer®"
by the event's developer, Black Stone
Texas.
Held in Pawling, New York at the
impossibly scenic, beautifully bucolic
Kirby Hill Farm; the five-star equestrian
center provided the quintessential venue
for an afternoon of cocktails, tasting
menus from some of the Hudson Valley's
most celebrated chefs and of course, all
the thundering action of polo.
Private Air's guests mingled with the
Victory Cup's premier patrons including
honorary chairs Randy and Mindy Levine
of the New York Yankees frrom the
comfort of the exclusive 'Golden Mallet'
Tent. With views for miles as a backdrop,
VIP guests were invited to enjoy their
front row seats to the matches as well as an
exclusive luncheon featuring farm to table
foods and artisan cocktails – the perfect
preludes to an afternoon of polo.
e event helped to benefit the work of
both Green Chimneys - a multi-faceted
nonprofit recognized as a worldwide leader
in animal-assisted therapy and educational
activities for children with special needs
and Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue - a
non profit horse sanctuary accredited
through both the oroughbred Aftercare
Alliance as well as the Global Federation
of Accredited Sanctuaries.
