While each has a special place in the calendar and in our lives, I adore spring because of the renewal, the scents… the freshness of it all. It is an opportunity for all of us to recharge after the long winter, and we must admit, it has been a particularly long one! So, let's throw off the woolens, earmuffs, and snow gear to wonder at the crocus and forsythia peeking out from their snowy covers. ings are stirring indeed and with it all comes the sense of luxury - we may even call it .Luxury! Let's begin by aiming high with coastal luxury in your very own dream property in the Hamptons featured on page 40. Perhaps you have the inclination to fly off to Rio de Janeiro and awaken your senses – or jet off in any one of our featured light business jets for some heavy relaxation and follow our own globetrotter Gina Samarotto, as she explores all that Rio has to offer. e centerpiece of this season's vehicle unveilings begins on page 48 and is aptly named Rolls-Royce Serenity – the most expensive car on the market today – we will also introduce you to Peloton cycling for a different sort of wheels. Family is on the front burner with the legendary Cousteau family namesake, Fabien Cousteau, who continues guarding the oceans and keeps us interested in his busy marine life. Read about another rising financial star named Christopher Tsai, the wizard of investing who learned much from his father. We also want to extend an invitation to you for our Summer Kickoff Party at the Gardiner Estate in East Hamptons too. Walk the red carpet; enjoy an afternoon of live entertainment, complimentary fine wines and spirits, fabulous tastings, an interactive music experience, activations from Bang & Olufsen, exotic cars and more. VVIP guests will be transported via helicopter from East 34th Street Heliport to East Hampton Airport where a limousine will transport you to the event. Don't forget to request your invitation as this private event is by invitation only: events@privateairny.com Golden opportunities abound within this issue of Private Air New York, and we hope that you will find something of interest to put a "spring" in your step and a smile on your face. Whatever the scenery, here is wishing you success, serenity, and perhaps a fine toast with tantalizing tequila! Regina Russo Editor
