The super team, Developer Groupe Marzocco, Architect Alexandre Giraldi and
Interior Designer Alberto Pinto, has joined forces to redefine ultra-luxurious living
in one of the most majestic locations in the world – Monaco. Their masterpiece, Tour
Odéon is expected to be ready for delivery in less than a year. The double skyscraper
comprises of 70 stupendous apartments, 2 astounding duplexes and 1 out-of-thisworld 35,500 square feet, five floor penthouse, with its own infinity pool and slide,
which will likely end up as the most expensive one in the world till date.
But the key here is not to talk about what you don't have; it's to talk about what
you should have. Monaco's gorgeous location on the French Riviera, coupled with
its existence as a tax haven and basic laws of supply and demand make owning an
apartment in Tour Odéon a very wise investment. No doubt about it, Monaco is an
exquisite principality, and when you start considering the yacht-filled marinas, its
legendary casino and events like Formula One Grand Prix or the Monte-Carlo Arts
Festival, the appeal is overwhelming. See this gems offerings on page 104.
It's definitely all about the views in this issue of Private Air Luxury Homes, from
Tour Odéon's 360° views of Monaco and the Mediterranean Sea, to the Southampton
historic, superlative ocean and lakefront estate (page 126), to the 314 acres with 1,200
feet of private ocean shoreline in Martha's Vineyard (page 132). Here at Private Air
Luxury Homes Magazine we love privacy and views!
Finally, it pleases me to showcase our new design, nothing major just a touch-up.
Enjoy!
