owner, who acquired the windswept, 100-acre clifftop
property in 2019 after visiting with business partner
Terry Seremetis, whose ancestral roots run deep into
the island's soil.
eir vision? A sustainable sanctuary for modern
travelers, infused with Cycladic DNA and filtered
through an aesthetic lens sharp enough for the design-
savvy, but soulful enough to stay humble.
Architects Block722 were tasked with the challenge
of translating that duality into space, and delivered in
spades. Suites and villas fan out organically across the
rugged terrain, their clean-lined geometry softened
by raw, local textures and wild gardens of indigenous
herbs and shrubs.
For those seeking the pinnacle of privacy, Gundari's
two cliffside villas deliver an experience akin to
standing at the bow of a ship, suspended above the
Aegean. e Four-Bedroom Cliff Front Villa alone
offers 3,000 square feet indoors and 2,100 square
feet of terraces, crafted with the same hand-carved
timber and raw marble details as the suites. A private
gym, infinity pool, and sunken firepit invite hours of
