A panel in the back rises and reveals a deep compartment where one can place three cabin bags. anks to the small engine, the car has additional luggage space. "Ultimate performance has belonged to the world of two-seaters with very limited luggage space – until now," says CEO and founder Christian von Koenigsegg. "e Gemera is a completely new category of car where extreme megacar meets spacious interior and ultimate environmental consciousness. We call it Mega-GT." Regarding comfort, the Gemera is a true hypercar – and Koenigsegg ensured that no shortcuts were taken. Inside, you'll find perfectly padded memory foam seats, eight cupholders – four heated and four cooled, individual entertainment screens with Apple CarPlay for both front and rear passenger, Wi-Fi, and induction and USB charging ports. e 11-speaker sound system is truly remarkable. Continent-Crossing Vehicle e Gemera can travel up to 31 miles in EV-only mode and up to 590 miles at highway cruise speed in hybrid mode before needing a full-up, providing a total range of 621 miles. is capability makes the Gemera a proper continent- crossing luxury vehicle. With 1.27 megawatts of power and 3500 Nm of torque, the Gemera accelerates from 5.6 to 62m/h in an astonishing 1.9 seconds and to 248 m/h in just a few short seconds later. Because of its speed and elite status, some call it the "Autobahn Rocket." e megacar's three-meter wheelbase gives unprecedented comfort and straight-line stability. Front and rear wheel steering make sure the Gemera corners with agility and has a turning radius only seen in much smaller cars. e all-wheel steering, all-wheel drive, and all-wheel torque vectoring make the Gemera a safe, stable, and exhilarating car to drive. Finally, all this technology performance and luxury does come at a high cost. If you're one of the few who can get your hands on a Koenigsegg Mega GT, it will set you back about $1.7 million. It's not even worth mentioning the COE, as that's probably the cheapest part of the purchase. e Gemera is a limited edition, and only 300 cars will be built. DRIVE DRIVE
