second by the home's location in
said building, and third by the
pedigree of the designer's choice
of furnishings. Well, if that is the
case, then penthouse checks are
the boxes of a highly-prestigious
residence that adds a level of rare
artisanship that stops one dead in
their tracks. e main goal of the
developer and the design team at
Boca Do Loba Design Studio was
to transform a 1,450-square-foot
model penthouse into a bold yet
comfortable statement piece. e
result is a theatrical, contemporary
showstopper that is equally high-
fashion as functional.
