services only FAR Part 135 Direct Air Carriers or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent that operate and exercise full operational control over those flights.
Charterer acknowledges that JETS.COM is not a direct air carrier.

managed fleet of prime aircraft 24 hours a day / 365 days a year.
